These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eagle Express services, including our mobile application and website. By using Eagle Express, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Eagle Express is an international shopping and shipping service. We purchase products from stores in the USA, UAE, UK, and China on behalf of our customers and deliver them to addresses in Iraq. We act as a purchasing agent — we do not sell products ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eagle Express. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and delivery information
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Ordering Process

When you place an order through Eagle Express:

• You authorize us to purchase the specified product on your behalf
• You confirm the product link and details are correct
• You accept the estimated price, shipping cost, and service fee
• Orders are subject to product availability and store policies

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in USD or IQD as displayed in the app
• A service fee and international shipping cost apply to each order
• Payment is due before your order is dispatched for local delivery
• Wallet balances are non-refundable except as required by law
• Exchange rates are determined by Eagle Express and may change

6. Prohibited Items

Eagle Express does not ship the following:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or chemicals
• Live animals or perishable food items
• Items prohibited by Iraqi customs or international shipping law
• Adult content or obscene materials

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order involving prohibited items. Any associated costs are non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• International shipping times vary by source country (typically 7–21 business days)
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Eagle Express is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon local delivery

8. Customs and Import Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees that apply to your shipment in Iraq are included in or added to your order cost as communicated through the app. Eagle Express handles customs clearance on your behalf.

9. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the original store's return policy. If a store accepts a return, Eagle Express will coordinate the process. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Refunds are credited to your Eagle Express wallet.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Express is not liable for:

• Product quality issues (we purchase as-is from the store)
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Loss or damage during international transit
• Store errors, cancellations, or out-of-stock situations

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts in Iraq.
